US Airways Express attendants move closer to strike

In a few days, Augusta will lose its American Eagle flights. In a couple of months, there is the danger of losing US Airways flights too. The flight attendants for US Airways Express, which flies the connection between Augusta and Charlotte, are a step closer to a strike. The subsidiary that operates those flights is PSA Airlines. Its flight attendants have been in negoatiations for two years to get a new contract and last week asked federal labor mediators to declare an impasse in negotiations.
