PAS Technologies has named Amy Hoage as VP, business development, based in West Des Moines, Iowa. Hoage is former director of aerospace business development for Goodrich Corp. Engine Components. EgyptAir Maintenance and Engineering appointed Saied El-Mekkawy as chairman and CEO.  KLM E&M has named Ton Dortmans as EVP, succeeding Peter de Swert.
