Alaska Air to serve Starbucks coffeeThe News Tribune 2012-02-01 17:26:35Two Puget Sound-area companies are getting together to promote each other's products. SeaTac-based Alaska Airlines today began serving freshly brewed coffee aboard its flights from Seattle-based Starbucks. Alaska's sister airline, Horizon Air, has been serving Starbucks coffee since 1990. The airline expects to serve some five million cups of Starbucks coffee annually. Alaska itself had been serving Seattle's Best coffee.
